If you had paid the subscription you'd have been a member, but you didnt, so you aren't.

well you said you had recived a £200 checue (i have the e-mail) for PHCA SO PAID, according we payed £200 for Bolton so why do you say we did not pay.
You didnt pay the subscription for Preston...you didnt pay the full amount for Bolton.
You are not a member of the NTA due to defaulting on the subscriptions.
Indeed, I would also state that you couldnt be considered for NTA membership in Preston, Bury, Blackburn or Burnley as you dont hold a license there, but I am perhaps being pedantic.
