I think the guy has a number of problems....personally I see putting anyone in the crumple zone of a vehicle is a silly thing to do.

A source tells me that the 'Meeting of Minds' taxi group are asking the DfT for the consultation to be extended beyond the April deadline.

Now someone remind me how many years more do they need to discuss this issue on top of the 14 years we have had since the act was written? :?
