Just a guess Toots but I assume he is thinking or tidying up the area above the top of the boots as well. The comb would be used if the need arises and the shaving brush for if there is no need for the comb.

They tell me a blowtorch is preferable to both Shaving and waxing...This technique was pioneered by the famous Sikh Gynaecologist..Minja Singh ..
