I was asked exactly the same question earlier on here and again tonight during a telephone conversation with her boss, the truth is i don't know if anything will completely appease me. For starters though an acknowledgment from the company that there has been some kind of wrong doing would be better than nothing, which is where we're at now.

I have asked the company for a full and frank written report of the rep's version of events to kick start the investigation. When they start digging maybe she will crack under the pressure and confess to it all, she gets reprimanded for her actions and i get an official apology with guarantees that it will not happen again. I don't think for 1 minute this is whats going to happen but at least it's possibly the fairest resolution in my humble opinion.

I continued with training up my staff tonight, you can always tell which one's that are more interested/dedicated as they are the ones that ask the most questions. My best/quickest tele op took me the longest to do so far, she didn't stop asking me stuff. I'm hoping that my tactic of telling them all "I've got a special surprise for you all tomorrow night" will do the trick and get them practicing like mad, tomorrow is recap and competition night. Watch this space for further details.
