There is absolutely nothing wrong with drinking.... it's just the things that you do when you're drunk that other people seem to have a problem with.... Oh yes and of course the next day. :wink:

I don't know what troubled doom but he could have presented his arguments in a more professional manner. Deregulation has been done to death on here and we all know that councils will make there own decisions on the matter. There isn't a great deal that can be done once a council is minded to deregulate.

A polite way of saying pi$$ed is 'drunk'. 'In your cups' could be anything and being a girl quite suggestive :shock:
