when i frist started in preston there was around 30 40 in the PHCA, There is now 150.

I dont know how many there is in the other phca make 2 but we have members in there. they same in a report by council to have around 50. manley white drivers. the others dont like are want selley.

So in the whole of Preston there are 189 cab drivers and 150 of them are members of the PHCA. Then you say that you don't know how many there are in the other PHCA well that's simple maths as there can only be 39.

How many PHCA's are there and why is there more than 1 with the same name?

Then if you can ask how he manages to run an association with no funding and with no viable income except from the state benefits system.

Maybe ask when was the last time he drove a cab too.

dont forget some cab have to two drivers, keIth who was the one who always turned up at the NTA Meetings, ask me if i would take over the PHCA, as he was leaving, at frist i said know, then i started to get phono calls, from PHCA Members which i have to say are mostly asians.

they were not happey who the the whole thing was being run, and were less happy knowing that keith as going, he always said at region 5 Meeting he would like me to take over.

so i agreed to attend a meeting in August to which selley was asked to attend and Keith had came as well, and they remove selly and agreed to incorperat the PHCAssocaition to the BBHA WHICH WAS ME.

Selly did not like it an dsaid he was not told, so a per the rules of the PHCA, they give him 21 days notice. and a 2nd meeting took place in september 2007, and agian Keith truned up selly did not, the same happened he was removed by there Members and committe members, not me.

again he did not like it. the committe of the PHCA ask my solicitors to act, and a meeting was maded for January 2008, i hand delivered a letter with a witness to selly home, invting him to come to the meeting to put is side of the story to there members. was invied council members we new that they would not come, we asked the NTA Director for region 5 who is now the chairman and he attened. along with the members of the PHCA.

our solicitor over saw the meeting and did the minutes, and yes selly did not come, and yes again he was removed, and again the PHCA agreed to incorperate to the bbha me.

now tell me what we did wrong. we cant stop them from calling themselfs the PHCA, BUT THERE I MONEY INVOLVED, and that is why the FSO are investergateing it and up to last week i am told have sent for copys of the PHCA rules and have writern to our solicitor. it took a long time, but we will soon know.

I didn't ask how many cabs there were I asked how many drivers. You said 189 of which 150 are PHCA members so one can safely assume that there are 39 others who are members of the other PHCA. I then aske why there are 2 associations of the same name. Can you please explain this for me, thank you
