It was a response by Bond to a question on hair colour preference. And if you have never seen Bond.............. That is just plain ill mannered

No you weren't and probably never will. He's off tonight visiting taxis drivers in Bolton or Bury or somewhere like that. I'm off to work. Good night :D

I’ve come to the conclusion Charles is either taking the p*ss or he’s thick as sh*t either way, even for free I wouldn’t want him to represent me and most association’s elected their spoke’s person they don’t just hand over the chair to any Tom Dick or Charles.

well i have read all your post, and you have asked for my views, your comments about spelling dont intrest me in the slightest, yes i am a very bad speller do i care No.

Do i care if you understand what i put No, do councils complain No, do my members complain No.

Now what was i doing last night I went to do a video about p/hire from a firm (1) ranking up outside a club which we asked the council three times to look at.

the trade well what can you say, my view is this untill such time as the whole of the trade stand to gether as one we will continue to face more rules.

even in the local association there are splits, drivers who are not intrested until something happens, and those who sit on the fence, and those who just not intrsted past the end of the day.

de-limitation, the trade uphere pulled to gether with the NTTG, we have still got a limitation in Bolton for the last five years and up to now the council here are happey to continue, I think the big boys GMB T&G ,and NTA, should have keep the pressher after the Transport committee rippet the OFT apart.

they did not as fare as i know, so councils started to de-limit, this is a national issue, as there is only so much local association can do. I have always supported keepinga cap on numbers.

we have got more taxis less earnings, my view is that councils should keep limites keep

wheelchair, My view and i take it that we are talking about the Fiat freedom & Dabol, my view is this no one as shown me any information that shows me this vehicle is unsafe, This year i got a list of all councils who have this vehicle on the fleet ither as a p/hir or hackney.

and we sent a e-mail to all about 125, we got back about 93 and none but about 2 have had any complaints from the trade or passingers.

the only complaint were about the space on ranks, now as i see i beleve in choice, unless proved to be unsafe.

I dont have that information, and my views on lti or well know round here.

and until the trade get of its backside we will continue to go down hill.

NVQ, clear all for it for new drivers, dont see were it will benifit older drivers, and i have complainted to go-skills about two firm round about here. there is big money to be made at this time.

and this tranning will not stop the overcharging, not helping passingers, keeping vehicls clean, by some of the trade, becasue you pass it dose not make you a good Hackney driver, just says you know what you should be doing.

will not stop by some riping off at weekend of passingers we all no its done.

were as all the agreements gone dont pass another hackney with in town center, do pick up flagers in sight of a rank. some driver even ask were passingers or going sorry i not going that way just because its a small fare.

Charles I've tried on numerous ocassions to understand more about you but whenever I ask questions I end up with more riddles than answers. It is blantly obvious that you and CC don't see eye to eye but he does put forward a more understandable argument than you.

It would surely be in your best interests to at least try and answer some of the questions put to you in a more straight forward manner than you do. If you offer a free service to drivers then so be it but if you are running an association then surely there must be a structure to that association. Even if it is a free association it must surely have rules and regulations.
