Youve already stated on this forum that the 'NTA would have got its money this year'......and blame me for a decision made by others.
The obvious question is how you were going to pay?......because the money should have been collected and paid already.
I can go anywhere I want.....provided I have an invite.....and Preston HCA are NTA members.....and the committee has invited me.

Let me q from the rules of the PHCA at the time, LOOK AT PAGE 4 OF 11,Termination of committe members.

He was given notice push though is door, not only that he acknowledged receipt, did not trune up to the meeting but proved a ststment, which was read out to the PHCA Members & committe
witnessed by the now NTA chairman, and a officer of the court ie Solicitor.
then did the minutes. to which you were sent a copy, by me. still got the e-mail.
futher more the now chairman of the NTA was sent a copy.
as said every thing done by the book. Iwill go one better it did not need the members of the PHCA, to remove him the committee by majority vote could and did also just to make sure.
once the problem with the bank is sorted, then we will deal with the other issue.
