and it dose matter, to us at the PHCA to which you have said on this fourm that we are not the PHCA, and as so supported the other group.

and as said that selly and others are the committee of said PHCA.

i remember some time ago you going mad about some thing that was said by some one on a forum trying to find out who he/ she was. you can give it out but cant take it.

Is that the same type of threat you made to the chairman of the NTA at a conference in London a few years ago

Or the same type of threat you made to the girls in the NPHA offices a few years ago and made them cry or is it more likely that he's referring to an incident a number of years ago were your cab was allegdly broken into and an amount of association monies was stolen?

i have not a clue what that is i know the the tressuer had his cab broken into and some stuff from the association was taken i dont rememnber that money was taken, i did not hold any monies for the association.

very new and very very green in them days, learned very quickley how to act how fare to push and when to stop.

and to make sure of my facts, keep all papers e-mail, letter, policys, reports. so that i can prove what i say.

tell it as it is dont lie to drivers as it can and will come back at you, thats why when i do anything they have to sing a Authority for me to act.

They sign any statment not me, and if am not sure of any thing to gos to solicitors to be checked befor i send it.

now you may take the side of how you wish but i can have done thing in the past which have been over the top in what i said, but never a threat.

that is not me at all. but whether you agree is some thing for you not me.

If that's true how come the then chairman of the NTA and the NTA solicitor say different.

How come the NPHA have banned you and say different.

Hi Just got back.

i have not denied that i said thing i should have not, it was not a threat i just said thing i should have or ould be better not to say, now i told you in my last e-mail, have opligisied for it. i can do know more, and with hined sight we should not have joined.

do they i dont know what they say, the then director of region 5 was there the solictor was not.

the people in Bolton say differenet i dont know, tell me what there saying and iwill tell you.

i told you how had is cab broken in to and association stuff taken what more do you wish me to say. you beleiave who you wish.

let me say this, some like me some dont, i am not here to win browney points, i am there to do a job that what i do like to day whent to court over a drivers parking ticket and won.

that what i do next week this driver may call me fit to burn, now as for you i dont care what you say or think, i dont care what anybody think whether i am liked or not, the only thing i care about is that pepole who trust me with some problem i give them the best posible help.

i dont care what the nta thinks, i dont care what they say, i dont care that they are spending time looking for sh*t on me its all been done before, been there got the tea shirt aany time old thing just new voice.
