Looks a bit of a mess but doesn't appear to prove anything. Were any of those drivers waiting for fares? Did anybody bother to check? I hope licensing get off their ar$es and check it out :D

Can you tell me were the location is? are we looking at HCs or PHs? Please excuse my ignorance & my lack of local knowledge but every council has different ideas about what a PH looks like.

Toots you are right i forget some times that there is private hire that stick to there license conditions.It is only because we are having so many problems in Dundee that i sometimes tarnish all private hire with the same brush i do apologize.And after seeing some of the videos Dundee's problem does not appear to be unique.

It is really annoying that PH pirate fares. It not only affects HC's it affects other PH. There are countless times I've gone to get somebody only to see to them being driven off in another PH. I've even seen cars from my firm taking my bookings and then when you say something it's always a mistake :roll:

The activity at Sankeys has neve been policed, either by Manchester city council or the police, I suspect from previous comments on the subject of illegal plying for hire, it would appear Dundee has a comparable poblem.

nobody has answered me. I guess its Dundee, but if its an airport you will likely see PH from many different councils there. They are laggit, but if mostly local PH they are mostly cobblers!!!

That link is Manchester. Got it. It says Eastcoast on the PH cars wherever they are.
