Is the TaxiPay system down at all?

We use the Adelante MobilePos System and they have advised us there is a problem processing card payments because of this CLICK

We process a lot of card payment and need another way of dealing with cards any thoughts?

I am sure I read that you can process your transaction by internet as well. Have you tried to contact them via email at all? I have taxipay but havn't used it for a week.

We got an email saying the service for Adelante in the office was down till the problem with the phone line was sorted.

We'll contact them tomorrow as the email came in after their close of play today

can you still use mobile card pay?

We use our pda's to do the card payment, the pc in the office contacts Adelante and processes the payment. We can't process any payments now because of the phone line being down.

I thought if we could use Taxipay, as most of us have mobile phones, but then saw it was being run by Adelente so if their phone lines are down.....

That's why I asked if Taxipay was down
