I'd have to take issue with that though Boggy.

I think, and lets be honest here, it would be impossible to boil your own head now wouldn’t it? I mean the pain would stop you for starters, and you would hurt your back bending over the cooker, plus you would need a big old pot.

I have to agree with GBC.

I don't believe he's walking away, come on people, how many times have we seen people acting exactly the same way when they have been moved on by the Police outside the pubs and clubs.

Short steps and very slowly ..................... walking home from work ............ not at all involved ................... yeah right.

It should also be mentioned that two Police dogs so close could have been detrimental to the guy's safety in that enviroment.

I'm not saying that his death isn't sad ....................... what I'm saying is that (as GBC said) no-one knows what was said prior to the clip or even during it, nor do we know for sure that he wasn't involved in earlier aggrivation ................... we are to quick to jump on the tabloid bandwagons.

So the answer is to hit them with batons and then push them over.

Is that part of the NVQ teaching? ](*,)

Ok then what actions might the chap had done that would have justified that response from the police that couldn't have been dealt with by way of an arrest? :?

The answer is to properly advise the Police of an intention to demonstrate.

The answer is to demonstrate peacefully, and distance yourself from people threatening or involved with violence.

The answer is to quickly and directly move away from an area when a Police Officer directs you to.

The answer is to avoid areas where illegal demonstrations are taking place when walking home from work.

and although the NVQ is not teaching, a fit and proper person would not get involved in any illegal activity.

The demonstration was not legal.

No-one knows what happened prior to this incident Suspect me auld fruit, I'm sure that by offering my opinion on the possible likely events leading up to this specific incident I would only be suggesting things that you would dispute .................... but remember neither of us where there.

That is the point that GBC was making and that is the point that I agree with GBC on.

I wonder how many papers were offered the recording?
I wonder if the person who made the recording started the conversation with the words "how much would I get for a recording of a Police Officer hitting an innocent by-stander"?

My concern is that no-one is asking questions and most seem to be just accepting that this is Police brutality.

However, if it is proved that the situation occured as described then the Police Officer involved should be disiplined accordingly.

I guess the police in this instance thought Bully boy Tactics better than restraint or common sense.....that seems a fairly common attitude to the beliefs of others around that neck of the woods....Nasty devils with nothing better to do with thier time.
