HCs dont usually do that round here. PH 8 seaters yes. The HC/WAVs charge whatever is on the meter as per council local conditions. Maybe they can click on a bit per extra person/luggage

5-8 passengers is a separate rate on the meter here.

Falkirk tariff is 50p per passenger over 4. so max £2 extra for an 8 seater.
