Taxi Driver Online

Good day, does anybody know if there are any taxi franchises out there to help me set up my own taxi business? I know there is click a cab but that is more of a one man band type of business and long distance airports etc.

I am looking to set up a private hire taxi business, but i just want to see if there are any franchises out there, that can make it easier for me. I have searched the net but i just cant find any proper taxi private hire franchises.

They tried down here some years ago all nice and liveried but ended up going bust

The only progressive way forward these days is to try and buy existing companies out in order to build the fleet up - to start from scratch is going to be extremely difficult and prone to failure.

click a cabs not a franchise, just a website, i think your clutching at straws mate, if there WAS a cheap and easy way we would all do it wouldnt we?

ALSO...

click a cab sign you up and register a domain name, they did it for me, except they didnt check to see if there already was a firm of that name, so they registered "XXXXXXXtaxis.co.uk" and created a "virtual" local area code phone number, there is already a firm of that name...

this could lead to animosity and legal action

so i bailed out

the call divert is expensive too

We had a company called Intercar round here about 15 years ago who tried to set up Taxi franchises, I think they lasted 6 months.

Not a Taxi Business...but an oppertunity..of sorts
