hi folks,

looking for any information on where to buy boot mount ariels,

any help would be greatfull

don't get the moonraker "taxi mag" aerial from maplins.

they cause more problems with mismatches and poor RF performance IMHO

i tend to use the badlands cab mag or mini mag.

turbo mag for lowband and body mounts in mst of my installs.

im looking for the small ariel that mounts on the lip of your boot

held on with 2 small screws......

im looking for the small ariel that mounts on the lip of your boot

I used to have a window mount one last time I used a radio, cost me about £40 back then, but it looked like a car ariel and didn't mark the paintwork.

if your still needing one drop me a pm and i will give you my contact details,i have been supplying the kilmarnock taxi trade aerials for the past 13 years,they have always been a bugger to find round our way hence why i buy them in and keep them in stock for local guys to purchase

the type you mention above with the 2 screws is called a trunklid mount and is the one i supply the most in kilmarnock and i have them new in stock,i also have magmounts and body mounts available
