For anyone who doesn't know Hastings, well it has suffered economically over the last 20/30 years, and has one of the highest levels of poverty in the South East.

This has led to a decline in vehicle standards, and some say driver standards. It would appear though that this decline has been stopped by a new licensing regime.

Thus the sensible rethink of their conditions and standards.

But PHs red with white doors? :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
