A CRT owner asked me, once again, about the Court Case and what really happened. Are you lot really that thick?

I explained about the 12K, consultation Plan, the 3 yearly elections and the 50K+ wage packet for the dynamic duo - Colky and Murray.

Then I explained how the legal system and how it works on a commercial basis.

Yes, this was all about Mackay & Norwell and QC Kinroy ( the hired gun) profiteering from the ignorance of their clients. Five days in court and for what? All of this could have been settled in ONE. This whole case was going nowhere. Check back our posts if you don't believe us. The fact is, this case was nothing but a carve up for the legal fraternity.

QC Kinroy, abandoned the case on the premiss that he was acting in the best interests of his clients. My ers*, he abandoned the case because he couldn't justify the fee note. We always knew where this was going, as did Kinroy. This was about milking it for all it was worth.

Boring, I hope you are taking note.


This was all about money, not truth or justice just money.

I do not doubt you for one minute, as things stand I have more respect for "Robert Mugabe", at least with him he is in your face and you know what you are dealing with!

Our lot are the scum of the earth who do exactly the same but in a more subtle way, I am in no doubt that corruption is rank from the top to the bottom in the hierarchy.
