Forgive me, Toots. The nicotine IS the addictive substance. Everything else is harmful but not addictive.

Get out of the habit of lighting up, holding a fag, sucking on something, breathing fumes etc., etc., etc., while keeping nicotine levels high. Then slowly reduce the nicotine substitute until you've cracked it.

EDIt: I've read all the other posts now......

There is nothing hard about this. Skippy has now made the hardest choice...Not to have a cigarette at the moment.

All you others are perfectly free to make the same choice. The question is...Will you??????????

Look forward to more bulletins tomorrow, Skippy.

I'll stick to my 10 a day plus running and boxing.

I think I would start smoking rather than have to run or box.

You're forgiven but I didn't say it wasn't I said it wasn't what caused the craving, but, you like me are entitled to your opinion :D

My Grandad smoked eighty fags a day, and was out drinking heavy six nights a week, until the day he died. Never did him any harm.

27 was a"good innings" in those days...

Day 7, 15.03 PM, have managed to get to grips with the EF but need a battery that will last 18 hours, had a slight relapse last night 3 hours after the battery stopped working.
Must remember to keep both batterys fully charged.

What size batteries do you need Skip?

I'll post you some as it's apparent your better half copped you trying to rob hers and you're obviously too tight to recharge or replace your own batteries

They are slim line rechargeable about the length of a small ciggy that screw onto the tip, unlike the verta heavy duty car ones CC uses.
thanks for the offer but that would deprive you of some light relief
