 Post subject: an economical automatic?

hi guys,i wasin my focus earlier 2day and began to realise what an hassle avin to change gear is,does anybody know if there are any diesel automatics out there that might do around 50 mpg. cheers

The new Superb does well over 50MPG and that's an auto, it's got 2 clutches so the grear change is smooth and fuel saving. They are knockin them out for about £65 a week.

cheers lads,il be havin a trip down to local skoda dealer when my plate runs out,do peugeot or ford have anything to offer?

dunno but have a test drive in a vectra bifuel auto if you can find one too

Get down there quick and you can save 3.5 k off the price especialy if you have a scrapper to put in, the pig and ford are crap

The Mondeo TDCI Auto is only returning 30MPG at the moment.
