I've got to go to Peter Street in Manchester next Wednesday and I was wondering if there is any parking there or near by. Also can PH use the bus lanes in Manchester or not. What's the traffic like there around 4pm. As always help is appreciated thanks :D

Ffs why is my life never easy  So the sat nav forgets the trams and they are on the roads, am I right. Blonde moments should be avoided at all costs  Thanks for the advice.

Does anybody know where I can park?

At the point I came face to face with the tram it was because, like many people, the sat nav I was using at the time had not been updated and it didn't know that the road had been changed to trams only. There were probably signs around but I must have missed them.

Best bet.. Park at a local train station and come on the train. Manchester City Centre is not easy for "strangers" If you have to drive, there are lots of parking places depending on how long you stay. I nearly forgot, last time I was there (about two weeks ago) the gas board had ripped up half that side of the city centre.

Good Luck and let us know how you get on x
