A new Peebles taxi firm the yellow peril as they have been called, has upset taxi owners in the Borders, by claiming that the rest are not professional not clean or reliable

Not bad considering they bought the 2 bright yellow MK1 skodas from the market that had been taxis or PH and are clapped out
They have even got them double plated so they can get the flack from 2 zones :D :D

Oh and the drivers dont have a clue where there going

Yes there is Sussex, our area zone covers an 18 mile radius with towns and villages and obscure places in-between

Just cos it has 18 miles radius it doesn't mean there are a lot of roads it just means there's long roads

We now have an early warning system in place they where seen heading for Gala at 1.30 AM
None of know why they bother waisting a gallon of fuel doing a 36 mile round trip just to sit here with the other 125 cabs in the hope of getting a run
Its the trades holidays and half of Gala has disappeared for 2 weeks when they come back from the cost a packets they will be skint so nothing starts to happen until the end of September when they get the next full pay then they will have to pay the bills they did not pay before they went
I hope your paying the drivers the minimum wage as they dont own the cabs or any of the equipment, :?:

It is alleged that someone came to the shop in Cadrona wanting you to meet his friend pain  but the person in the shop refused to open the door :?: :?:

I have been on my holls for the last 2 weeks so this is me catching up

Scottish borders council is split into 4 zones comprising of Selkirkshire, Roxburghshire, Peeblesshire, and Berwickshire.
Due to the zones an operator can if they wish work in any zone as long as they pay the full licence rate, and have there cab tested, and the deposit for the plates, so in theory a cab up here can have all 4 on the cab and 4 taxi tests
Drivers badges cover the whole of the Borders, meter rates are the same.
Plate colours Blue, Red, Green and White
