Are they really that rare?
I have been searching for a copy of the fairway driver workshop manual.
Does anyone have an electronic copy that could be sent via email?

Thanks for the "heads up", had the same bit of advice a little while ago and have been keeping an eye on ebay, but no luck so far.
If there are any sellers out there I would be willing to pay for a copy.

I do believe if you go to the LTI website all out of date literature is listed for you to retrieve

You can buy a pair of cuff links or a teddy bear from the LTI website (both of which are massively overpriced) but manuals?.Not that I can see,they've about as much interest in the continued use of their previous models as Ken Livingstone.

I went as far as to contact LTI directly.
They do not keep workshop manuals for out of production models, was the answer I got. I couldn't believe it. They must have one lying about somewhere surely.

Maybe you are right, no interest what so ever when talking about the fairway, shame really.

Link 1: Is for the TX model (I'm after the Fairway model.

Link 2: Again for the TX model

Link 3: seen this one before, £20 would be very acceptable and I have contacted them for a copy, but this offer is only open to "members", and this membership costs another £27, plus a £5 joing fee, not to metion all the forms to fill in.... £52 plus p&p kinda seems a bit over the odds. But could be good for a last resort.....

Link 4: Again for the TX model :sad:

No, really thanks for the help, maybe the LVTA option is my only one, its just the membership fee that [edited by admin] me off.....

The manuals for the LT1 cover the engine and most of the running gear of the fairway.Well worth getting.
£52 for a CD is a rip off.

whats the engine/gearbox unit, ford transit - there you go then, get a Haynes with that unit (duratorq or banana bunch 2.5di)

"taxis" are a kitcars....

the engine is a nissan 2.7 in a fairway and TX1 :wink:
