We've had a cabby expire this week, as of yet we don't know why, but he was only 39 yrs old, the history was he was overweight most of his life, about 12 mths ago he did a diet and lost 11 stone, several times I caught him eating a cereal bar as his daily intake, I suspect a HA but this isn't confirmed yet, so, take this as a warning, don't stress out cos it's quiet, I've seen it before and lost a few friends on the way, if you can't repay that's not your fault, the bank lent and you borrowed on the strength of what things were when you borrowed, they play the system and if they lose so what, they cause all the fluctuations in the world let them worry about it, live to be proud and live to be honest.....with honest ppl, the financial world shouldn't be seen as honest, so learn to say WTF and if worst case happens, consolidate and rebuild, in a box you are nothing, be the guy who withdrew and started again, I'm on just about min wage right now, luckily I can afford to live there now for a while, 20 years ago while this happened I couldn't and I didn't know what to do, it ruined my health permanantly, I'll save you that pain, when a bank calls you in and starts threatening you, say, ok mate take it back, in my day they did, but now it makes no logic to do so, and even if they do, they still lose, and 5 years on you are free to go, so if you intend to stay OTR, but can't do the mortgage, buy a new car, get blacklisted, and when the car is paid off you should be credit worthy again, they aren't our friends, they are vultures who prey on the honest and cruxcify you when times get hard.

Your last words are so bloody true.
"they are vultures who prey on the honest and cruxcify you when times get hard."

More sad news and 39 is no age  More comments on how sh*te it is at the minute, you have to be more optimistic. Everything happens for a reason we just don't always know what that reason is, but, I know this 'even roses need sh*t to grow'.
