Wrong. Again. As usual. Same engine in all.

Defo a different set up.

I don't think you could put the Peugeot/Citroen engine in as a replacement for the Fiat.

Different gearing/linkings and all that lark.

So what does the "PSA" engine stamp mean, that I saw on a FIAT yesterday?

I hear a lot of this about the conversions, with neither the manufacturer or the convertor willing to take responsibility for the warranty work.

Perhaps LTI have a point?

I suspect the driver mentioned above will soon see the usual faults appearing with the LTI product.

The fact that they are truly sh*te doesnt seem to occur to people.

nice to see all those people who havent owned one and have no intention of buying one, and probably having puppies if their LA's make all cabs in their area WAV's (of any description) sticking up for them though

The FIAT and the PUG and the CITROEN are exactly the same van, built in the one Spanish factory.

Are you suggesting Skippy that only the ones with a FIAT badge are crap, or are the French vans somehow of superior finish?

Or is it that you cannot think of an acronym for "CITROEN"?

Although they are all the same vehicle, they have slightly different engine management systems set-ups.

At least that's what I've been told.

the pug,cit and fiat have all the same hdi engine. the old scudo used to have the fiat engine but now they are all the same...........

the main dealers are the problem not the doner makers eg pug, fiat...... as for the merc it is make in covertry next to the tw200 in the same building (penso) by the same people even tho it just has a merc badge on.
as long as u know what warranty you have got i cant see the problem , if a dealer wont help you find one who will and have all the work done there. t
the car dealers cant be arsed but there is a lot of commercial main dealers that fix motorhomes etc who dont have a problem with coversions.
as long as you dont buy from "crap direct" because of there 5 year deal that not worth the paper its writtern on.
