It doesn't look good, but in all honesty the cabby is right and the punter thought he could play him up like a turd on a shoe sole, top man it's the only language this type of person understands.

Notice how the person filming it in the front zooms the drivers badge when he's out of the car, sneaky tactics, how modern Britain.

Let's just say I wouldn't bet against you He seriously needs to take a chill pill and a customer care course wouldn't go amiss if for no other reason than to actually learn how to deal with these types of situations. It would appear from the little I could actually understand that this driver had taken this passenger before and had a problem with him so I don't understand why he let him in the cab in the first place
