It comes down to the vehicle lighting regulations, certain colours of light as in Blue, red or Green may only be shown in a particular direction by emergency vehicles.

I would say the only exemption for us is the yellow light for a Taxi roofsign.

I disagree.....but have a completly biased, yet strangely open mind!

Airport taxis here have been using green top signs for many years - supplied by the council.
