This is really random but how the hell do you control the god damn radiators I'm melting and I've twiddled knobs all night to no avail :? :?

Turn the main wall thermostat down to 0 or off.

There isn't one. Apparently the set up is as follows. They burn wood and it heats the radiators, if you don't want the heat turn the knob on the radiator and it goes away but it isn't and i'm melting away ffs :shock: :lol: :lol: This is the first time they've burnt wood since I moved in I don't think I can cope with all this heat I've never had radiators

Ok, listen carefully to what I'm about to tell you.......


Go get a bucket

Fill it with water

Go to wood burner and open door

Pour the water over the burning wood, remember to hold breath as you do it

If you need to, just add more water until flames are out.

There should be a knob with numbers on it, turn that one untill it gets to the number 1. then give it anouther bit of a turn untill you see a * next to the pointer, that should be it off, it will take about half an hour to cool down
