Those 20 are hacks CC

Dear Carlisle council a while ago well a couple of years ago in-fact, i came off the London to Carlisle train and when I came out of the station all I could see was some clapped out old London taxis, so I asked one of the drivers where I could get a nice comfy saloon but was told that the then union rep the one who wears a tea towel a MMMMMMMMMM Betty beret and talks to a fecking sock said that saloons are not allowed on this rank, as he had the council bowing as he went past so that he could do some licking.
But I have found out that your office junior found some andrex at your aldi store so you no longer had to put up with the daily wash, and the union rep even managed to swap his wav for a shiny new skoda so he could parade it on the now open to everyone station rank

If things get much more financially tougher under this government It'll be Rickshaws and a couple of local Knuckledraggers to hump a wheelchair on to the back of it, Because (A) that'll be all that you'll can afford and ...(B)it'll be evironmentally friendly and planet saving except for the Occasional knuckledraggers farts

OK thats still 1 WAV for every 5500 people.

And your take on the old system in Carlisle is obviously as incorrect as ever.

Considering my religious beliefs, that is a racist remark and I ask you politely to withdraw it.

If you own more than 2 cabs up here your classed as a multi-national with at least one vehicle in your fleet having done a run to Berwick in Englandshire.
