As Mr T said the judge pointed out flaws in what and how Liverpool council came to its decision, they'll re-look at the situation in due course and either change their minds or go through there consultation again.

As it must reconsider it must take into consideration the law as laid down by the judge.

So they can't keep the 'status quo', unless they want to be back before the judge for contempt.

"Dear Justice Blake,
We have reconsidered all the facts in this case and we have come to the conclusion that our original decision was correct."

Dear Justice Blake

We don't want our fare paying passengers travelling in bread vans, incidentally many of the alleged facts about the vehicle could be considered absolute b!llocks, saying passengers can only travel sideways in tx's is down to lazy drivers and not the vehicle.

No, there is a 100% chance that one of them will be right and a 100% chance that one of them will be wrong. As to which one is right, that is a 50% chance.

On a personal level I hope the person who two years ago claimed the metrocab was coming back is wrong, the same one who said the sneddon decision means we all would have to get saloons, and the one who said the european law stated WAV only policy's were illegal.....is wrong

If a bookie was giving odds they would be evens on both ..... evens means 50/50 IN PERCENTAGE TERMS.

So each has a 50% chance of being right!

No you didn't; you wrote that there was a 100% chance that one would be right & 100% chance that one would be wrong. 2 x100% = 200%, so somewhere you have two whole things that you are going on about, but I am only talking about something that is 100% & not 200%!
