basically, EVERYBODY with a phone line will pay 50p per month (god knows how this will affect a firm with 20 numbers/lines) so that HMG can bag the cash, sorry, i mean they can help lifes numpties/ASBOs/Giros get free broadband....

seeing as the 50p will be "+vat" it will be 57.5p (59p when the vat gos back up to 17.5%)

so £175,000,000 becomes £201,250,000 (then £205,265,000 @ 17.5% vat)

soon racks up dont it

If it moves or makes a noise they tax it! I'm sick of this bleedin country. I've been saying for years that if you allready had a digital or satalite subscription we should not have ever had to pay a T.V licence as BBC was part of your package. Time for a coup I say and get rid of all these bleedin clowns. My missus works for the NHS and claims her petrol back when she is posted to a clinic that is not her base. So I go out to work paying 80% tax on my diesel to earn money then confetti fingers takes money out of my car every morning to pay for petrol (again 80% tax) to put in her car so she can go to work and get hammered for tax and then when she puts her petrol form in she gets paid at the end of the month the robbing gets tax her on that as well. I used to say the blerts think we are all stupid, I was wrong - They know were friggen stupid!

Another good reason to never allow a Scot to be an MP in English parliment.

Now before I continue I'd like to explain to the common Jocks on here I don't mean you, I mean those of your ppl who just like the Scottish Lords in the Braveheart tale sold you out to the English King.

Prime examples

Tony Blair

Slimes his way in on the back of the death of Di
Allows his wife to become PM in his absence
The wife decides to play the Mother Theresa routine and we all have to pay for it.
Starts a war and strips the fighters of equipment & support.

Gordy Brown

Sits patiently while Tony is making plans for a new job
Sells all the gold reserves at the lowest price for gold in history
Like a dumb clot he then makes it as PM right as the economic world falls to it's knees
And now looks lost and up sh*t creek

John Reid

Thx for the wages.

And so on, and now we have the option of 4 more Gordy years or Cameron, shesh where's me passport.

The only way out of this is to get William Hague back in as Tory leader, at least the man can answer a question when asked one, seem many MP's like that lately?
