I don't know if any of you know but you can run a couple of vehicles on your Westminster taxi insurance.

I am in the process of putting a another vehicle on as a hack taxi, still running the old vehicle, Westminster taxi insurance have given me the authority to run another vehicle albeit still at home and not yet tested by the LO, have insurance cover to run the other vehicle till at such time as it can be checked inspected by the council

I am having problems with the council at the mo because they are testing PH, to busy, and I need meter approval on this vehicle, awaiting meter demo by agents at council, the Westminster agent says no problems you are still insured on your second vehicle till a such times the council can test and install as a taxi

great stuff.

The only problem with Westminister is their level of cover, their basic policies cover very little and by the time you add every extra they offer to get the same cover as every other company offer they are about the same price. Still if you don't claim then its a good cheap way to obtain cover.
