a council officer suspends a driver on the say so of the police for a reporterble offence, under sec 65 as was sec 52? MPA, with out any fact/proff what so ever.

Then a few weeks later put before committee yet again no fact/ proff what so evver.

We now have in the uk a law which say you are guilty until you are proved innocence.

and even if you are proved not guilty, the police will put comments on your crb, and you will not get a licence any why whats the point of it.

He can appeal to the mags court against that suspension.
