After reading taxitalk i have become interested in taxi call and i was wondering if someone could answer some questions i have.

1 Is there anyone on the forum using taxi call

2 Do they get enough work from it.

3 Does the system give the car that is nearest to the job the job.

4 If the job is not a good job is it possible to knock it back.

5 Do you think a city the size of Dundee would benefit from this system or taxi drivers would benefit from this way of working.

There's a guy in Echo's manor using it. I don't know how he gets on with it.

Any knowledge, Echo?

It's a cracking system which works well, there's a circuit using it in our manor and are doing quite well with it.

It doesn't give you the closest job but if you've got a few cars working the circuit you can work it out between yourselfs.

You shouldn't knock jobs back anyway paying customers are your income.

Not really. The guys that are using here say it's great but I've noticed they are doing more hours than when they were with us and the customers they poached when they left are starting to come back to us
