UK cab trade debate and advice

A question for you London guys..... myself and several others from different areas intend to go to London shortly. which will mean a number of pick-ups on the way... I have been advised to park outside of London and go in by the tube, which would be the best station that has parking and has an exit by the Ministry of Transport..... hope you can help because I haven't a forking clue....Trevor..

If you're coming from the M1, I'd come off at Junc 4, go down the hill on the A41, turn right towards Harrow and park at Stanmore LUL Stn.

Take the tube to Westminster and the DOT is about a 15 min walk from there, or a 5 min Taxi ride.

Avoid Minicabs and TF's.

Why not go in your cab??? you can use the bus lanes, all of them:lol:

The cheapest and most convenient way for me is to simply purchase one of the many excellent deals offered on the Web.... train tickets, hotel, and a show.( the Lion King would be nice) but it's not myself I am thinking about. :shock:

Taxis are for working in or on.......... and to be honest driving does not hold the same magic as it used to......
