Can a person who has a private hire license issued by the PCO accept bookings from another private hire company from say Nottingham? Would this be the same cross border hireing as say a company from Derby passing the work to a company from Nottingham?

The London act allows sub contracting across borders.

That is a yes then.
I take it that it works both ways and that a PCO licensed PH can sub contract work to a PH in Say Nottingham?

A London PH operator can sub-contract out, but a non-London PH operator can't sub-contract back in. :?
