Hot advice and news courtesy of the master linguist that is Travis Bickle:-

As far as women's safety is concerned, it's nice n easy - Don't get in a salon (sic) car if you haven't booked 1 !

Ideal for the pearls and twin set brigade to save time eh? Not sure about the electrics in a salon car being good enough for the hair drier though

If they have booked 1 then, all phc cars should be displaying the council supplied door signs which say pre-booked only, which distinguishes from any normal vehicle !

What is a normal vehicle Travis? PH are licensed hire cars, so what is abnormal about that?

Any additional signage is purely for marketing purposes only Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

Aye that's right additional signage is for marketing purposes. And what is wrong with that? Isn't that what every other business does to promote itself? Why should PH be any different? Just because the taxi trade can't compete on its best day through the quality and value of its service, it fears that the public knowing who is operating the ph vehicle will encourage them to use them?

Isn't this what the CSD in Aberdeen was alluding to when he said that giving council protection to a section of the business community was no longer tenable? You'll remember that report Travis, because YOU censored it. Apparently it was too sensitive for the poor dears in Edinburgh's taxi trade

Why do you think the trade should be protected by denying other businesses the right to compete on a level playing field Travis?

Now we all know that you've seen this post Travis. So, why not answer the question?
