Most likely....... But I know different....... through there own stupidity, highly strung temperaments, love of money, over charging, insular/unsocial attitudes, sometime beligerent attitudes overrides their instincts to avoid these bad situations.... So training for them might be a good option? However changing inbred attitudes are very hard to change.
This is an observation and my experience of Asian drivers..... Those that do integrate (still the minority) and socialise tend to fare better amongst the indigenous populace.... Are more accepted amongst indigenous drivers to......
