That would depend on whether I could open the door.

Ermmm no, looks like it's ready for the £2000 scrap scheme. It wouldn't last 2 minutes round here before the Council or Police pulled it and stripped it of it's plate.

It doesn't look like it's sitting in Sefton waiting for work either

Seems around about 7 million people a year are prepared to so maybe the majority are up to standard. What said get would bother taking pictures of a damaged car door anyway.

He's not waiting Toots, He's sitting at the lights on Clarence street and could be on his way to the garage , solicitoror on his way home just around the corner from the royal.

Sorry Toots I stand corrected it's not clarence it's seymour, thought I better get that one in before someone accuses one of us Sefton drivers of not knowing our way around town but it was the shade of brick on the buildings that threw me.

The majority of Sefton (and indeed Delta) cars are of a high standard. In fact, there are some cracking cars and drivers on Delta. I am NOT anti Delta.

The fact is though that this one car is a shed, and the reason I took a photo is because it is exceptionally bad and I wanted to show people. It is the exception to the rule though, I do realise this.

With business the way it is at the moment and Delta fares starting at £2.10 for the first mile (last time I checked) it's little wonder this car is in the condition it is. The driver probably can't afford to get it fixed or maybe he's waiting for insurance to sort it out.

My last vehicle was given an advisory at the MOT station for a 1" scratch with a slight dent. When I took it to the licence office for them to see what they thought about it I had to point it out but they still wanted it fixed
