Note the girl on the traffic island, frozen to the spot as racing rickshaws
pass her on BOTH sides.

There are plenty more.

Frank, you are pointing to one off incidents at best, but where is the statistical data to back it up? Where are all the accidents the injuries, and the fatalities? :D

You and CC, are like hysterical old women. You point to what you think, is convenient for your argument, but it lacks substance. Where are the facts? Give me the statistical data that substantiates your claims.

We have Bicycles, Motor Bikes, Motor Scooters, Mopeds and what else?

What would you like to ban to make society safer? Except taxis of course, god forbid, why would anyone want to ban taxis?
 :D

Oh gary gary gary,

You are just disagrereing for the sake of it, YOU dont believe a word that you say.

You say you dont believe it when people TELL you about the manner that rickshaws are driven, then when shown video evidence then you STILL say you dont believe it. Even though there are whole libraries of videos on youtube showing this.

If you see things with your own eyes, then you dont need "statistical evidence".

I know that if I stand in front of a train then I will get hurt, I dont need "statistical evidence" to convince me!.
Why dont you try it gary.

In any case, any minor scrape would not get into any statistics held by anyone.
If someone drunk falls from a rickshaw and scapes his knee, then this person will just carry on and put a plaster on it when they get home.

Frank, I have no love of rickshaws, but yet you struggle to make a case against their usage. You are the one making all the claims, but you fail to provide us with the facts.

Come on Frank, surely it's not too difficult?

In the same period that rickshaw passengers in Edinburgh have suffered a death and a girl being put into a coma and lucky to pull through, due to accidents.

How many passengers in a taxi in Edinburgh have suffered the same?
How many passengers in a phc in Edinburgh have suffered the same?
How many passengers in a bus in Edinburgh have suffered the same?
How many passengers in a train in Edinburgh have suffered the same?
How many passengers in a plane in Edinburgh have suffered the same?

I suspect NONE!

That would make rickshaws the most dangerous form of public transport in Edinburgh.

Safety is relative Frank, what about bicycles, motorbikes, scooters, and mopeds?

Perhaps everyone should stay at home, what do you think Frank?

Two freak accidents in 6 years, you've got to be kidding Frank? :D

Give me the statistical data that substantiates your claims. Where are the facts?

Frank, a girl got her scarf caught in the wheel of a rickshaw, and a soldier falls on his head, as a consequence of jumping out of a rickshaw while moving.

Are all your arguments based on two unrelated incidents, over 6 years?
