Seems to me that the cops are using any excuse to hit on cabbies.

I've seen no end of guys getting pulled over. Is there a purge on?

Has been happening in Glasgow for ages now, it is only on the private hires (glasgow plates) and out of town Taxis.

Glasgow hacks seem to be immune to the rath of strathclyde police, the union is strong within them.
