More specifically I was asking about car parks attached to pubs and also, as it's come to light this weekend, the ferry terminal which also has no rank.

If they are in view of the public and are situated where they look like there are ranking ie Lights on ,Driver sitting in car,Doors open then i would say they were acting illegal.

As the law states a prostitute is still soliciting in her own house if she is in view of the public. NOT THAT I WOULD KNOW :oops:

That isn't 'a street' as defined in the act, so they taxi should return to the nearest rank.
