I have done this job for many years now ............................ on a few occasions I have took £1000 in a week .................... but to claim to guarantee this amount every week

What do they get if they don't do a grand a week Yorkie, do you give them the differance in cash every week out of your own pocket.

To do 10 shifts must equate to 80 hours per week, your drivers must me either knackered or taking what everyone else in the real world is taking.

the above quote was taken from the "Equipment" section under the heading "voice",

I'm not sure a ton a shift is that much to write home about.

Especially if you are giving half of it to some bloke sitting at home on his big fat bum. [-X

If I needed to choose 10 shifts a week, then Tuesday AM would not be one of them. [-(

Charlie

its the taxi that takes that ammount, each taxi has 2 or 3 drivers now be sensible

if they dont do that amount, I dont know what happens as its never been done.

if they work the shifts they get that amount as a minimum.

nowthen heres the rub most taxis do above that,

but we dont have tossers like you.

the quietest day here is Saturday, and the second quietest is Sunday.

Tuesday is Market day if a drivers said hed only taken one hundred, we would be auditing his taxi and driver records.

now we get to the truth of it ............. the drivers make their wages ........ the taxis driven by these drivers take £100 per shift.

I wonder how the owner drivers do?

Being called a [edited by admin] ........... is that really the best you can do ........ stop trying to defect argument, just because it highlights your own intentions.

it was clear that they did 10 shifts and gauranteed 1000, suddenly you start doing sums you imply I misled, I did not

and I also said a minimum

I know how much this owner driver does, but dont ask the other one

nowthen your original tone was of a doubter now its put down

thats another Mick trick!

I don't doubt that your drivers are making £1000 per week in your cars.

I do doubt that the owner driver is making the same money.

Now onto the subject of "put downs" I cannot recall initiating any personal abuse ............ unlike calling someone a [edited by admin] or proclaiming someone to be someone they are not, or a "disaster zone"

You are an intollerant man who expects everyone to agree with you viewpoint, those who don't should be considered fools. This is why you provoke responses to your posts that are not at all constructive.

I have tried to lighten posts with little items I consider to be humorous, yet you take them as insults. Its called having a sense of humour Yorkie, something I thought Yorkshire folk were renowned for.

you are deliberatly misquoting me!

its been explained fair and square, you just choose to put a spin on it

again the drivers dont, its the taxi that has the gaurantee not the driver.

and its spin like that, where you get your reputation for acting the fool.

The taxi has the guarantee .................. the drivers don't .................. but you own the taxis and employ the drivers ............................. so how much of the guaranteed £1000 per week do the drivers get ...................

Its not a case of spin .................... its a case of not getting proper answers .................
