its been explained fair and square, you just choose to put a spin on it

again the drivers dont, its the taxi that has the gaurantee not the driver.

and its spin like that, where you get your reputation for acting the fool.

The taxi has the guarantee .................. the drivers don't .................. but you own the taxis and employ the drivers ............................. so how much of the guaranteed £1000 per week do the drivers get ...................

Its not a case of spin .................... its a case of not getting proper answers .................

Charlie Mate youve lost the plot totaly

its a case of spin pure spin and misquoting.

Its not at all a case of misquoting ................ its more a case of you not wanting to justify your comments and statements.

The quote I gave is wholly accurate, the questions I raised are very sraightforward, but as you think I'm endulging in "spin" I will pose my questions in a different way.

Q1 Do you own the vehicles that are guaranteed work to the metered value of £1000 every week?

Q2 (a) Does this guarantee extend to the owner drivers, if that is you have any, (b) and if so how many drivers actually complete 10 shifts per week in order to qualify?

Q3 Do you employ drivers to drive the vehicles you own?

Q4 Are the drivers paid a hourly rate?

These are only 4 simple questions requiring a simple yes or no answer.

the day lads work 8 till 5 with an hour for lunch, they start earlier 2 days but go earlier

the night lads work 5 till one monday, tuesday wednesday, thursday and Sunday

friday till 3 and Saturday till 4 as thier shift falls! i.e they dont work 7 nights a week, but I have said that already, but you usualy missquote

if there are bookings through the night, an arrangement is made.

of course some drivers start earlier than 8, and one later

q1 I will gaurantee to offer anyone, who owns a taxi and joins doing 10 shifts ( with another driver on the taxi of course, to offer work to the value of £1,000, it must be pointed out thats my offer the drivers, find work through the ranks and on the streets of course this is not the taxis full take.

q2 the gaurantee is to owners of taxis.

q3 intrusive and none of your buisness

q4 drivers do not want an hourly rate, drivers are currently being recruited on an hourly rate, for a new contract, present drivers have been offered forms and only one has filled one in.

now do you employ drivers? will you tell us about your buisness?

No Yorkie I don't employ drivers and I'm a PH driver driving my own vehicle in an office I have worked from for the past 8 years.

I wonder what other members think, maybe they don't wish to contribute to a thread in which you are involved, just in case they recieve the level of abuse you seem to dish out to anyone who offers a different opinion or questions your posts.

The answers to these 4 questions contradict completely what you have said previously, your failure to answer them properly or simply shows your choice to "spin" when a simple yes or no would have sufficed.

In your office you may well be considered GOD ............. but on here your just the same as everyone else and you really need to come to terms with that.

For the very last time I am not Mick .................... I do not live anywhere near [edited by admin] Gateshead and I was at work last night as I will be tonight you stupid [edited by admin] [edited by admin].

You people don't want investigation because it will prove you all wrong.

I'm very sorry but I can no longer put up with this kind of abuse from a LEECH in Yorkshire who encourages more leeches to join a radio circuit and employ drivers, HE IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE LIES AND OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES HE MAKES ON THIS SITE, the administration of this site should bow their heads in shame for allowing this kind of prat along with the member known as TDO to abuse another member in this way.

This site should not be allowed to continue in its current form, it isn't a breading ground for open taxi debate, its a club for telling lies and anyone who points out the shortcomings is abused to the point I am now.

So simply ............ [edited by admin] off.

Some things never change, "the Spoon" still rants on about things that happened years ago. He singlehandedly destroyed two forum based websites with his forum abuse. Maybe he won't destroy this one but he'll do so much damage new members will leave without posting items, or asking questions they need answering.

This behaviour indicates clearly why he HAD to be banned from T&PH and why he was banned from TTF.

But beware he is the most vindictive man I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in this trade, for new members information his name is Geoff Fielding and he owns Wharfdale Taxis out in the sticks of Yorkshire.

Geoff Fielding is a SPOON and any responses to his posts should be market as such.

BTW the "fast tan" is going very well Geoff, we have just extended our range and the union in Gateshead is in the best position of any representative body for the past 12 years. I will return later this month to report further on activity in Gateshead cause its getting quite hot up here, with the "taxi working party" meeting this month sure to light even more fires.

B. Lucky
