So much for Polish "knowledge" A Polish guy who works here couldn't believe he had to take a "knowledge" test for the Winchester district which covers more than just Winchester City itself..... Being well p****d off with the trade here is going to Norway to try out as a mechanic or taxi driver there......:roll: :lol: :wink:

He'll be nearer to Poland there.

And they eat loads of herrings in Norway, just as they do in Poland, so he should feel well at home.

I wish they would leave our pike alone they have just about spoilt all my pike fishing in my area

Send them down here. Where I fish we are over run with Pike, we can't get a fish out without the Pike having a nibble at it while it's being landed.

Several of the local fishing lakes have banned the poles from fishing there because of a big drop in the fish stocks actually in the lake the local rabbit population has gone down and some of the deer herds have vanished !

Have you audited the wild boar stock in your area recently, because that's the favourite 'hunted' meat.
