17 years ago, 45p a ltr was a good price

between march 25th and april 21st it went from 1.169 to 1.219 and has settled back a bit

last april 5th it was 99.9p now £1.19 (20p a ltr) i buy 90 ltrs a week so im now £18 a week worse off (in just a year) or £685 over a school year

no spain this year then

I remember not so long ago them saying that if it ever went over £1 per litre all hell would let lose. It appears us Brits will settle for anything thrown at us :cry:

I can remember 40p a gallon thats 4.56 liters :shock:

Yes I remember it as they used to be the cheapest filling station for miles

I had to pop up North last week for a few days.

The average price of derv in Fife / Lothians was around £1.18 a litre.

Why is Herts / Beds / London still on £1.23 plus?

Essex has a refinery, so does central Scotland.
