I imagine the PP is what the deregulated market wants......or the market forced to buy other types.

Unfortunately Peugeot vehicles are sh*te, and French!

I've never had any serious problems with any of the Peugeots I've owned... perhaps it's the way you drive them that makes them sh*te :D

If you give somebody who has never ever seen a match box full of matches before and tell them to open it what do you think will happen?

Unlike the 'Monkey & Typewriter theory' the 'Match Box Theory' is not infinite. The chances that the monkey will ever type anything that makes sense is highly unlikely. The match box theory however is somewhat more optimistic insofar as once taught or experienced with the match box one learns a) how to open it without spilling it's contents b) how to strike the match and c) it will burn you if you touch the flame.

I'm sure Charles is more than capable of realising that if he gives more information we would be able to give more informed comments

11/06/2010 RECOMMENDATION:
To commission a Blackburn with Darwen Disability Impact Assessment on all purpose built hackney carriage vehicles, and submit the results back to the Licensing Committee at the earliest opportunity.

To amend existing policy in line with findings of high court ruling at Liverpool Council, which would allow alternative purpose built hackney carriage vehicles to be licensed subject to those vehicle types having a positive Disability Impact Assessment.

Any alternative purpose built vehicle that is licensed as a hackney carriage must be black in colour.

DECISION:
Approved

WARDS AFFECTED:
All
