I would ask him... would he not think it reasonable that licensing offices should be trained and have qualifications to one standard, thus enabling them to carry out their duties in a uniform and competent manner.... rather than being promoted from chief rat-catcher to chief licensing officer.... :mrgreen:

I would ask if i could have a half-net license for the Solway Firth at Annan, ho by the way i will be in Glasgow by the end of the month.

Annan is a different place now the nuclear power stations cooling towers have gone, good golf course at Powfoot though. :D

Ask him ,if Scotland got its full independence then why does he want Scotland to integrate more with brussels. Where they make the laws and in future have the power to raise taxes , thus taking more power from Scotland ,that it already has.

I am going to ask him to cap the taxi numbers in Dundee,do test purchases on private hire weekly,fuel subsidies,all licence meetings to be held in public,Sack Dundee, s cabs enforcement officers and let Bill McIntosh of the STF oversee a complete overhaul the 1982 act and last but not least appoint me as transport minister. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I reckon more English would like Scotland to get independence than us Scots, percentage wise
