ffs dont ask me to explain the offside rule.....leave that to wee crankie.

The offside rule applys when an an attacking player obtains a license before a woman is actually raped.....apparently.

There are no rules in association football. They are laws of the game.
The offside law is simple. "A player is in an offside position if he is nearer to his opponents goal line than the second last defender." That is it, nothing at all difficult in that is there. Ah but I forgot to add the next bit. "A player shall only be penalised for being in an offsde position if." and then there is a great big list of stuff about active play, throw ins, corners, goal kicks, who played the ball last and a few others.

So the laws of football are not dissimilar to those of licensing. There is one principal point with lots of other points attached to it. Now I understand I just need to read the rules/laws :D

Well if itd heated you want why not invite monseigneur Flannagan back on board to have a "discussion" with GBC :D

The handbags will really start flying then !!!!

Highly reccommended for entertainment value especially as Mr Flannagan resorts to vehement name calling every time he is shown up for his inability to put forward intelligent arguments !!

It depends what team you support, if the flag goes up and your on the attack, you hurl abuse at the linesman.

If the flag doesnt go up and your on the defence, you hurl abuse at the linesman.
