I have been told by the T&G rep in Dundee that they are taking the council to court for not issuing one of its members a disabled taxi driver with a saloon plate.I will keep the forum updated on the proceedings.

Gusmac from what i know the unite lawyer has found something in the coutie judgment that he thinks will help the case.I think he is using discrimination as part or his case.
