I think I know what Karayan is talking about ! And Im sure most of you do too !

Occasionally they do!!

More specifically on a section that has recently had to be split into a 'Friendly' & 'Naughty' section.

But the point is, if this thread is about York & the four pussy cats, then why start another thread when there are already many on the subject?

Or alternatively if you must start another, then state that it is about York & then the reply posts would be different & dialogue would be responsive rather than aggressively negative.

Thankyou, I now know what it all about.

If I knew then the little I know now, now that would be different.

There was information on their other thread.

Now that I know that there their thread makes sense, here their thread can from now own be for those in the know you no.

Now I know that some got upset. Here or there their thread can carry on (or karayan) and I know that no one threader will get threadders with this carry on.

OK, I know now that you can carry on, so now carry on!

Think I must own up, it is a bit of pull from Harry Secombe when he was in the Goons, slightly adapted.

It was driving me mad the way it related to nothing - or at least had that appearance.

I think we can forgive Karayan cant we, only became a member 3 days ago so still learning the ropes. Im sure he/she will prove to be a very competent poster in the future and provide valuable input for us all ! We all have to start somewhere ! Sometimes its hard to comprehend that this is a nationwide forum and some only read postings that are relative to their own area and therefore reply to them as though it was only people in their area that were reading them. A simple but understandable mistake ! I dont believe Karayan was treating anyone with contempt, merely displayed a lack of understanding, so stop being so hard on the poor sole !
